Please allow more than 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment without a fee.

Changes must be made through the Booker app, phone call or email. Texting is not acceptable.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours before an appointment time will have a fee equal to 75% of services scheduled.

All clients will be given a 15 minute grace period. The full amount of scheduled services will be charged to clients arriving 15 minutes after their appointment start, or to a No-Show. If a credit or debit card is unavailable, the full amount will be due prior to booking another appointment.
